Is it certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority?
Yes — Opencloud invoicing / localization addons cover PT fiscal requirements (and AO when contracted): documents, SAFT and related processes. Details land in the loadout and quotation.
What does Opencloud localization include?
Pick from the loadout: FATURA.PT, CONTA.PT, PAYROLL.PT, SIGN.PT, MULTI.CO, EFATURA, TEST.DB, extra disk. Hosting, backups and support come with the Odoo module. Implementation hours stack on top.
How are you different from native Odoo l10n_pt?
Native localization is the base. Opencloud maintains modules and processes proven with real PT/AO customers, with legislative updates and human support — we do not leave SAFT “to the forum”.
Community or Enterprise?
Community is included in Opencloud hosting. Enterprise is an Odoo SA licence (preview in the loadout, paid directly to Odoo). PT addons fit both editions per quotation.
Where does the instance run?
Managed on-premises: *.opencloud.pro instances, Europe, SSL, daily backups, security updates. No opaque SaaS lock-in — it is your Odoo.
How does support work?
Tickets + email in business hours, priority for criticals. Support/implementation hours come from the plan / hour packs. Zero call-centre script reading.
Can I try / see a demo?
Yes — request a demo or sandbox via /contact (Odoo service). Or build a pack in /shop and request a quote. TEST.DB in the loadout = ongoing staging.
Can I become an Opencloud partner?
Yes. Partner terms and pricing via commercial contact (geral@opencloud.pro or /contact).
What about AI on Odoo?
